1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and m99my ("m99my", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the m99my website, platform, games, promotions, and all related services accessible at m99my.win and any associated domains or subdomains.

By creating an account, accessing any game, placing any wager, or using any feature of the m99my platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. Each individual natural person may hold only one registered account on the m99my platform. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any time. You agree to provide all documentation requested, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m99my account login credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

• Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX are typically credited to your m99my wallet instantly upon payment confirmation.

• m99my reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place holds on deposits where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name and, where technically feasible, to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.
• Completion of KYC identity verification is a prerequisite for the processing of any withdrawal request.
• m99my targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within one business day for bank transfers, subject to the completion of required security checks.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed where KYC documentation is outstanding, where there is an active bonus with unsatisfied wagering requirements, or where a security review is in progress.
• m99my reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to large withdrawal requests, including requests for supporting documentation of the source of deposited funds.
• Winnings may not be withdrawn in currencies other than Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly permitted for cryptocurrency withdrawals.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by m99my are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") which must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Welcome bonuses and sign-up offers are available to new registered players only and may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method.

• m99my may, at its absolute discretion, void any bets placed using bonus funds and/or forfeit bonus balances where abuse is suspected, and may close the relevant accounts.

8. Betting Rules

Betting and wagering on the m99my platform is subject to the following general rules, supplemented by game-specific and sportsbook-specific rules published on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any bet before confirming it.
• m99my reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there has been a manifest error in the displayed odds or game parameters.
• Live in-play bets may be subject to delays between bet placement and confirmation. During this delay, odds may change. Where odds change before confirmation, m99my may apply the revised odds or void the bet at its discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, per event, and per account and may be amended by m99my at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m99my platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC documentation;
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing anomalies ("arbing" to an extent that m99my determines constitutes systematic exploitation);
• Colluding with other players in games where player-versus-player competition exists;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using the platform to process funds from unlawful activity;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing m99my staff, agents, or other players;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the m99my platform or any other user's account.

m99my reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and, where it is found to have occurred, to suspend or permanently close accounts, void associated bets and winnings, and take appropriate legal action.

10. Responsible Gaming

m99my is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: m99my operates strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Knowingly allowing a person under 21 to access an m99my account is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment of the m99my platform. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works of any Platform Content without the prior written consent of m99my.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• m99my provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. m99my does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
• m99my is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or loss of savings.
• m99my's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total net deposits made by you to your m99my account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) RM500.
• Nothing in these Terms limits m99my's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting m99my support. Upon closure, any available balance (subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of outstanding wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
• m99my-initiated closure: m99my may suspend or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. Where m99my closes your account for reasons unrelated to a breach on your part, your available balance will be returned to you.
• Effect of closure: Upon account closure, your right to access the m99my platform terminates. Outstanding bets placed prior to closure will be settled in accordance with these Terms and the applicable game rules, unless the closure is the result of a breach by you.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m99my holds its primary gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and m99my, you should contact m99my's customer support in the first instance via live chat or email to seek resolution. m99my will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or independent dispute resolution body applicable under m99my's licensing framework.

15. Amendments to These Terms

m99my reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material amendments are made, m99my will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notification. Your continued use of the m99my platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
